Ms access vba copy file

I found this error: — Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. This looks like a website error and not a VBA error?!

What would you recommend for folders that have a period in them? We have clients that create folders with periods. Are there any workarounds for this situation? The built-in CopyFile, or my procedure seem to work fine with paths or filenames that include periods?!

Is there a way to copy files that have been encrypted in MS Access? So there is something else going on here. If the destination file allready exists, how can i ad an incrementing number?
